Membership

The Highland Skating Club (HSC) is a full member club of United States Figure Skating.  As such, all members of the HSC may participate in any USFS sanctioned event including competitions, test sessions and shows.  Membership in the HSC is open to anyone who shares a love of figure skating--on or off the ice.  The HSC encourages the instruction, practice and advancement of all of its skating members in all disciplines including singles, dance, synchronized skating and adult.  We highly value and cultivate a spirit of camaraderie amongst our skaters.  Non-skating members will receive education and guidance on the sport of figure skating.  The membership year is July 1st -June 30th. Membership Application Form.

2016 Skater Sportsmanship Fund
Highland Skating Club offers skaters an opportunity to earn monetary support for training ice, coaching, testing, boots and blades, skate sharpening, skating apparel, club uniforms and club ice.  Applicants must be full and current members of the Highland Skating Club.  All applicants must provide a Volunteer Involvement Worksheet showing a minimum of 40 hours of volunteer service to the Highland Skating Club between February 1, 2015-January 30, 2016.  Please download application here.

2016 Travel and Training Fund
Highland Skating Club offers skaters who compete at the 2016 Regionals, Sectionals or Nationals an opportunity to earn monetary support for training ice, coaching, competition apparel, entry fees and competition travel costs.  Appicants must be full and current members of the Highland Skating Club.  All applicants must provide a Volunteer Involvement Worksheet showing a minimum of 40 hours of volunteer service to the Highland Skating Club between February 1, 2015-January 30, 2016.  Please download application here.
